We are looking for a Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) Manager to lead initiatives that optimize user journeys, increase conversion rates, and drive measurable results. Responsibilities:

  1. Conversion Strategy & Testing: Develop, implement, and manage conversion optimization strategies, including A/B and multivariate testing to identify impactful improvements.

  2. Data Analysis & Insights: Analyze website and funnel performance, using tools like Google Analytics, to pinpoint drop-off points and conversion barriers.

  3. User Experience Optimization: Partner with UX/UI teams to optimize page designs, layouts, and user flows, focusing on smooth, user-centered experiences.

  4. Landing Page Optimization: Design and test landing pages tailored to target audiences, maximizing relevance and engagement.

  5. Collaboration & Communication: Work closely with marketing, product, and development teams to ensure CRO efforts align with overall business objectives.

  6. Reporting & Recommendations: Track and report on CRO performance, delivering actionable insights and recommending strategies to boost conversion metrics.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in conversion rate optimization, digital marketing, or a similar role.

  • Proficiency with analytics and CRO tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Hotjar, Optimizely, VWO).

  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate data into actionable strategies.

  • Knowledge of user-centered design principles and UX best practices.

  • Experience with A/B and multivariate testing methodologies.

  • Detail-oriented, with strong problem-solving and project management skills.
