I’m partnering with a well-funded, early-stage AI company in Oslo looking to hire a Golang Engineer to strengthen their backend team.
The role:
You’ll be responsible for building and scaling backend services that support AI-driven products. The work is focused on designing clean, reliable APIs, improving system performance, and developing distributed services that can handle growing data and usage. You’ll also collaborate closely with ML engineers to help deploy and integrate models into production environments.
What we’re looking for:
- Strong hands-on experience with Go in production environments
- Experience building scalable backend systems and microservices
- Solid understanding of distributed systems
- Cloud experience (AWS, GCP, or Azure)
- Familiarity with Docker and Kubernetes
- Experience designing and working with APIs (REST or gRPC)
- Comfortable working with databases (SQL and/or NoSQL)
Nice to have:
- Exposure to AI/ML systems
- Experience in startup or high-growth environments
- Knowledge of event-driven architecture
